Sidebar: Ina Garten's Memoir, Golden Bachelorette, and Free 24/7 Murder, She Wrote
My Top Picks for TV, Books, and Podcasts: From Love is Blind to Lauren Ober's new podcast
This is my weekly roundup of links and recommendations. If we talked IRL, I’d likely derail our entire conversation with “sidebar, have you read | watched | listened | deep dived on this?”
Have you watched?
I am awaiting the next season of Love is Blind (can’t believe there’s already a new season!) and watching The Golden Bachelorette (ABC). The reflections on loss by those who have lost their spouse or on aging still make this an interesting watch for me.
Moonflower Murders (PBS) I LOVED this series, based on a mystery novel by Anthony Horowitz. This is a follow-up to Magpie Murders, and I could watch 500 episodes of this show which follows an editor solving a murder in imagined conversation with the fictional detective at the center of her most prickly client’s books.
Murder, She Wrote (Pluto) I wrote about Murder, She Wrote this week, and if you want to dive in, you can now watch it 24/7 FOR FREE! Thanks to my brother Rick (a fellow fan) who pointed me to this channel on Pluto TV that offers constant MSW.
